As part of the continued expansion of our global Digital Consulting practice, we are seeking experienced Cyber Security Consulting professionals to lead and deliver high-impact client engagements across multiple international markets.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team that works with organisations ranging from large enterprises and government entities to high-growth businesses, helping them navigate complex cyber security challenges and strengthen their security posture.

The Role

Working within one of our specialist cyber security practice areas, you will partner with clients to understand their business objectives, risk landscape, and security requirements, delivering strategic and operational cyber security solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing trusted advisor relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our consulting capabilities across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business priorities, regulatory requirements, and cyber security challenges.
  • Deliver a range of cyber security consulting services, including:

    • Cyber security strategy and transformation
    • Incident response and cyber crisis management
    • Security governance, risk and compliance advisory
    • Technical security consulting and architecture advice
    • Cyber maturity assessments and roadmap development
    • Virtual CISO and interim cyber leadership services
    • Security operating model design and implementation
  • Lead workshops, assessments, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
  • Work independently or collaboratively with global multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex consulting engagements.
  • Support business development activities, including bid responses, proposals, statements of work, and commercial discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new consulting engagements.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market insights, and service development initiatives.
  • Mentor and support colleagues across the global consulting practice, helping drive capability growth and market expansion.

Experience & Skills

Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in cyber security consulting, advisory, or leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience delivering client-facing engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals, bids, and business development activities.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and international teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
